Received defective Michael Kors watch with missing jewel. I had it for a couple of weeks before giving to my daughter as a gift. They have a ridiculous 5 day rule for returns. They only offered me $10 to $15 credit for missing jewel on face. WOULD NOT repair because I did not have the jewel!! It's very pretty & I've worn it a lot for several weeks with no issues of wear & tear. I've received lots of compliments on it. :) Secondly, I was pleased with the service I received as well. The watch came packaged very nicely & I received it *quick*. I was also excited to see that they had already set the watch to the correct date and time (for my time zone, even!). Funny that something so "small" would make me so happy but I've ordered watches online before & never received one that was "ready to go" like this one was. |
